Why BMW owners choose Beertech

Maintenance and repair first. Builds and tuning when it makes sense.

Beertech is known for wild BMW builds and precise tuning, but the heart of the workshop is preventative maintenance and dependable repair. We keep your car healthy first, then help you go faster once the foundation is bulletproof.

  • Service plans tailored to BMW engines, gearboxes, and chassis
  • Common BMW weak points addressed proactively (cooling, bushings, gaskets, injectors)
  • Honest advice on when to stay stock, refresh, or upgrade

Platforms we live in daily

E46, E9X, F8X, G8X, X-series M, and more. If it wears a BMW badge, we’ve probably torn it down, rebuilt it, and taken it to redline.

  • Daily drivers and commuters
  • M Performance and full M cars
  • Track, time-attack, and drift builds

Already a McLaren or multi-platform client? Your BMW gets the same engineering-first mindset and structured service process, just with parts shelves dedicated to Bavarian hardware.

BMW Maintenance & Repair

Everything your BMW needs to stay tight, safe, and fast.

Structured around BMW service intervals, common failure points, and real-world driving. No generic “Euro” checklist—this is BMW-specific from start to finish.

Factory-spec servicing

Oil services, inspection I/II style checks, and condition-based servicing aligned with BMW guidance but executed with upgraded fluids and OE+/OEM parts.

  • Service book / iDrive history friendly
  • Liqui Moly, Millers, and other BMW-appropriate fluids
  • Brake fluid, diff, and gearbox packages

BMW diagnostics & electrics

Dealer-level scan tools, logging, and coding to chase down intermittent BMW faults instead of just clearing lights and hoping for the best.

  • BMW-specific diagnostic software
  • Coding & module programming where appropriate
  • Structured fault reports with next steps

Repairs & known weak points

From N52 oil leaks to S55 crank hubs, we’ve built processes around common BMW issues so repairs are efficient, documented, and done right the first time.

  • Cooling system refreshes and upgrades
  • Bushings, arms, and suspension restoration
  • Gasket, injector, and timing component work

We also handle BMW builds, suspension setup, and custom tuning—but only once the fundamentals are correct. No power-chasing on a broken base car.

BMW-first workflow

Built like a race team. Run like a dealership should be.

Your BMW is processed through a clear, repeatable system—whether it’s a simple oil service, a full suspension refresh, or diagnosing a weird noise at 5,000 RPM.

01 — Intake & inspection

We start with a BMW-specific checklist, road test (where appropriate), and digital inspection to baseline the car—documenting current condition and safety items.

02 — Plan, price, approve

You’ll receive a structured breakdown: must-do safety items, recommended maintenance, and optional performance or comfort work—so you can plan around budget and goals.

03 — Execution, testing, handover

BMW-trained techs carry out the work, double-check torque and fluid specs, then road test again. You leave with a simple, honest debrief and clear next steps.

This same structure underpins our McLaren and performance programs—BMW simply gets its own dedicated processes, parts pipelines, and documentation because we see so many of them.

BMW experience that compounds

Track cars, street cars, and everything in between.

BMW owners find us via the community—track days, forums, and word-of-mouth from other serious drivers. Our diary is full of repeat BMW clients because we remember the car, not just the reg plate.

“Beertech look after both my F80 M3 and my track-prepped E46. They’re the only workshop that tells me not to spend money when a part isn’t needed yet. That’s why they get all my work.”

Adam — BMW M owner & track day regular

  • Specialised BMW bay tooling and fixtures
  • Service history and setup notes kept on file
  • Shared team across BMW and McLaren programs for consistent standards

Book your BMW in

Let’s plan your next BMW service.

Share your BMW model, current mileage, and how you use the car—daily, weekend, or track. We’ll recommend a maintenance path before we ever talk about power.

Prefer a call? Mention that in your message and we’ll ring you back between jobs in the workshop.

Do you only work on BMWs?

BMW is the core of the workshop and most of our bays are set up for BMW platforms, but we also run parallel programs for McLaren and other performance cars. The benefit for BMW owners is that our processes, tooling, and parts stock are heavily BMW-focused—you’re not getting a generic "Euro" experience.

Can you keep my BMW warranty intact?

In many cases, yes. We follow manufacturer service schedules where requested, use high-quality OE or OEM parts, and document work clearly. If you’re still under a strict main dealer warranty, we’ll walk you through what must remain with the dealer and what can safely move to us.

How do you price BMW servicing and repairs?

We quote based on inspection and diagnosis, not guesswork. After we’ve baselined your BMW, you’ll receive clear line items for safety-critical work, maintenance, and optional upgrades. No surprise add-ons, and you’ll always approve work before we proceed.

Do you offer BMW tuning and performance upgrades?

Yes—but only once the car is mechanically healthy. We routinely build and tune BMWs for track and fast road use, including suspension, brakes, and power packages. We’ll refuse tuning work if underlying issues will put the engine or drivetrain at risk.

How soon can you fit my BMW in?

Availability moves with the race and track calendar, but we reserve capacity for core BMW maintenance and repair. Share your timing and location and we’ll advise realistic dates and whether we can support urgent work.

Questions before you schedule with us?

Here are answers to what we’re asked most often. If you don’t see your question here, send it in the form below!

Do you only work on BMW and GM vehicles?

BMW and GM platforms are our core focus, but we also work on other high-end performance cars including McLaren and modern Porsche, as well as select other platforms on a case-by-case basis. Use the form to tell us what you drive and your goals.

What kind of power gains should I expect?

It depends on the platform, mods, fuel, and how conservative you want the tune. In your intake we’ll outline a realistic power range based on cars with a similar setup that we’ve already tuned.

Can you help me choose parts before I buy anything?

Yes—and it’s one of the best ways to avoid disappointment. We can recommend a combination of parts that work well together and support your target power without over-spending in the wrong areas.

Do you offer remote or email tuning?

Our priority is local in-house dyno and street tuning, but in some cases we’ll support remote calibration for existing customers or specific platforms. Tell us where you’re located and what you’re working with.
