Led by Charlie Beer. The shop handles nearly everything in-house so one team is accountable for power, reliability, and drivability. Tuning targets torque delivery, intake air temps, and part-throttle drivability rather than peak dyno numbers alone, with street validation and conservative baselines that can be stepped up. Process runs intake and goals, then plan and quote covering parts, labor, timelines and realistic power expectations, then build, tune, and break-in walkthrough.
